Will the anti-pilling performance of SD 75D-300D be different for different types of fabrics (such as cotton, polyester, nylon, etc.)?

The diversity of fabric types has a significant impact on the application performance of SD 75D-300D anti-pilling full-stretch yarn. This full-stretch yarn is known for its outstanding anti-pilling performance, but its application performance in different fabrics has its own characteristics.

1. Cotton fabric
Cotton fabric is deeply loved by consumers for its natural, comfortable and breathable characteristics. However, the short fiber structure of cotton fiber is prone to pilling during friction. When SD 75D-300D anti-pilling full-stretch yarn is combined with cotton fabric, its anti-pilling performance can significantly reduce the slippage and entanglement of cotton fiber, effectively extending the service life and appearance of cotton fabric.

2. Polyester fabric
Polyester fabric is a commonly used synthetic fiber, known for its wear resistance, easy drying and non-deformation characteristics. However, the surface of polyester fiber is smooth, and when combined with SD 75D-300D anti-pilling full-stretch yarn, attention should be paid to the slippage of polyester fiber. Nevertheless, the wear resistance of polyester fabric itself plus the anti-pilling performance of SD 75D-300D can still provide good anti-pilling effect, so that the clothes remain flat and smooth after multiple washing and wearing.

3. Nylon fabric
Nylon fabric is a synthetic fiber with high strength and wear resistance, commonly used in sports equipment and outdoor clothing. When SD 75D-300D anti-pilling full-stretch yarn is combined with nylon fabric, its anti-pilling performance can further enhance the durability of nylon fabric. The fiber structure of nylon fabric is relatively tight, and the combination with SD 75D-300D can form a tighter fabric structure, effectively reducing the slippage and pilling of fibers.

SD 75D-300D anti-pilling full-stretch yarn can play a good anti-pilling performance in different types of fabrics. However, due to the different fiber structures and characteristics of different fabrics, in practical applications, it is necessary to select appropriate yarn specifications and weaving processes according to the characteristics of specific fabrics to achieve the notable anti-pilling effect.
